The experience was mixed. Good part: Location is centralised. It's a budget hotel. Bad part: The employees sitting on the counter weren't decent. They accused me of calling room cleaning services more than once a day, which wasn't true. After knowing their fault also, they had no regrets. Very unprofessional approach indeed. They run short of clean bedsheets, so they don't change it daily. AC remote, fan regulator don't function in rooms. So sleep would be unpleasant as AC temperature can't be controlled and the OLD fan functions at highest speed with lots of noise The parking for car and bike is limited. U need to park on the narrow lane of the hotel and be ready to face shouting of other residents of the lane for this.

We visited Pondicherry in December 2021. We had booked for 6 nights and 7 days at the last moment. Were little apprehensive, but really loved our stay at the hotel. It was very close to Promenade beach and centrally located. Mr. Ilango, who is the owner of the property, is a gentleman. Definitely recommend.

Hotel is value for money. It's at max 1 km distance from all big, famous, good eateries, from Promonade beach, from white town. The proprietor Mr Ilango has a personal touch in the services provided to customers. e.g. My car needed some maintenance and he sent his manager wit me to get it repaired. Extremely humble and down to earth gentleman. I stayed with my family for a week in end Dec and planning to stay at the same place during my future visits

This residency is really terrible to stay for even one hour. The bathrooms stinks badly. There is no proper service, the staff and manager is highly rude and unprofessional. Not a good place to stay for sure. I would not recommend it to anyone.

Jus i stayed one day its my first visit to this hotel i am an nri i had guest who works in gh and agriculture department govt staff they came to visit me for business conversation the receptionist said them to leave by 5 min as we stay here for free as previous comments. They can encourage foriegners but never insult local people worst service receptionist is a very rude guy better avoid the place am an nri but my native is pondy. All hotels here are full nly on sat sundays keep in mind weekdays only local people stay in hotels depending on their service. Frank to say rooms are good.service and attitude worst. Stay away from this place
